If you email us and don’t receive a response within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder. We answer EVERY email, so if you don’t get a reply from us it means that the email has been swallowed up somewhere along the line.
Here are the most common causes:
- Our email is in a customer’s spam folder.
- Mails have been bounced by the customer’s email server, usually because their email inbox is full.
- The customer’s email address has a typo.
